Tianrui Electronic Nanjing Branch Organizes Spring Team-Building Activities

Nanjing, April 29, 2025 - To deepen team collaboration awareness, facilitate cross-departmental communication, relieve work pressure, stimulate team vitality, and enhance mutual understanding, Hubei Tianrui Electronics Co., Ltd.'s Nanjing Branch organized an outdoor team-building event for all employees at Laoshan National Forest Park Scenic Area on April 26, 2025. Through diversified interactive sessions, employees were able to release stress during the activities, forge consensus through team building, and inject new energy into the company's corporate culture.

At 9:00 am, all employees gathered punctually at the company. The five-member advance team immediately drove to the activity camp at Laoshan National Forest Park Scenic Area to set up tents, kicking off the event. Subsequently, the other members were divided into groups to load and transport activity supplies. Upon arrival, everyone quickly divided labor, with the men becoming skilled movers and the women meticulously organizing supplies. At 10:00 am, the activity camp transformed into a "stress-relief paradise." Employees indulged in activities such as KTV singing contests, fun card games, and barbecue skills competitions. Laughter filled the air as everyone toasted and enjoyed themselves.

After lunch, game sessions commenced in mixed teams, honing collaboration skills through three types of creative competitions: relay races that tested speed and strategy, passing trust among team members as they raced; sandbag offense and defense battles that broke down age barriers, adding more fun; and the finale of "Charades," which turned into a knowledge-sharing classroom. From interpreting various words to concretizing abstract concepts, collisions between different job traits amazed everyone with exclamations of "So this is cross-border thinking!" Fun designs dissolved positional gaps, allowing the consciousness of "collaborative operations" to deeply root in the team's DNA.

At 5:00 pm, as dusk gradually dyed the mountains and forests, all employees transformed into "environmental protection pioneers" to practice the concept of "leave no trace camping." Everyone engaged in garbage classification and incorporated awareness of green environmental responsibility into practice, bringing a successful conclusion to this team-building event.
