Recently, our valued Turkish customer paid a second visit to our company, accompanied by their technical engineers, for in-depth communication on our current transformer cooperation. The two parties have established stable cooperation previously, and this return visit fully demonstrates the client’s recognition of our products and confidence in our manufacturing strength.
We are a professional domestic manufacturer specializing in current transformers and current transmitters. We focus on the R&D, production and customization of electrical sensing components. Relying on solid technical accumulation and mature production systems, we can provide customers with tailored overall solutions according to different application scenarios, together with reliable product quality and complete after-sales support.
During this visit, the customer's technical team had face-to-face discussions with our R&D, quality and production teams centering on current transformers. Both sides went through the on-site application feedback of delivered products, discussed key technical parameters, performance optimization and customized adjustment requirements. Our engineers responded to technical questions raised by the customer and shared our design ideas and testing standards. The customer team also visited our production workshop and calibration lab to observe the whole manufacturing and testing process of current transformers and current transmitters.
As a long-term cooperative partner, the client highly praised the stable performance of our supplied current transformers and expressed positive expectations for expanded cooperation. We communicated further on follow-up order arrangement, delivery plan and continuous technical support.
We always adhere to customer-oriented service. Beyond standardized current transformers and current transmitters, we are capable of developing non-standard products to match diverse project demands. Our complete after-sales system covers technical guidance, product tracking and timely problem handling, removing worries for overseas partners.
This second technical exchange further tightens our partnership. Moving ahead, we will keep polishing our current transformer and current transmitter product lines, continuously improve our solution capability, and work with more global customers to achieve win-win development in the electrical industry.
